We are proud to be the first in Pasadena to serve pastries from Chef Farid, who’s career began at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena (2011). From there, he followed his passion to Bellouet Pastry School in Paris, France. Having worked with Jean Michel Perrchoun and Johan Martin and being known as a Circle 5  chef from Valrhona, he began his company 2 years ago.

His pastries quickly gained notoriety served as the exclusive vendor for the 2019 Grammy’s. With his extensive knowledge and delicate craft, we are excited to carry his pastries as they pair perfectly with our coffee selection.
